First of all, did you all realise that today has a special date -> 20.11.2011 =D Haha... Anyway, for today's post, I will write about this restaurant called Bab Noodle Pte Ltd. They serve mainly Japanese and Korean Food. When we went in on a weekday for our dinner at around 6plus, there were not many patrons yet. A very cosy place to catch up with friends and loved ones. Really like the ambience.
After looking through their menu, we thus decided on the following items :-
Green Tea (S$1.20 each)
Sashimi Promotion (S$5.90)
Homemade Tofu Topped with Sundried Spinach (S$1.90)
Rice topped with bulgogi beef, shredded carrot, beansprout, cucumber & fried egg in bean sauce
Tempura Udon & California Maki Set (S$15.90)
Overall Verdict?- Service: Not bad, they were quite attentive.
- Food: I like the Homemade Tofu and the taste is nice. The beef from the Bi Bim Bab is not bad either. As for the Tempura Udon set, I did not like the udon. It gave off a very plasticly after-effect-taste, something like how a maggie mee would taste like after eating it. So I do not think I will order their udon anymore. However, their maki is not bad.
- Hmm... If I ever visit this place again, I will give their udon a miss. Haha...
